Pjama offers two high-quality wireless bedwetting alarms designed with comfort and flexibility in mind.
- The first works seamlessly with Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear, using built-in sensors that connect wirelessly to a speaker or the DryGuardians app.
- The second, the Pjama DryGuardians Stand Alone Alarm Sensor, can be used with any underwear. The small sensor is placed inside a pad, which is then secured in the underwear, and connects easily with the same app and speaker.

With the DryGuardians app, families can choose the alarm option that works best for them – using the external speaker, the phone itself, or both. Bedwetting is often linked to deep sleep, and research shows that many children respond best to familiar sounds, such as their parents’ recorded voices. The app lets you personalize alarms, track progress, and even use discreet vibration when sleeping away from home.
Compatible with all Pjama products, the app is an essential part of the Pjama DryGuardians Method and works seamlessly with every wireless bedwetting alarm in the system.
TWO TYPES OF HIGH-QUALITY ALARMS
Bedwetting alarms are one of the most effective treatment methods for overcoming enuresis. Pjama has developed two high-quality wireless bedwetting alarm solutions, designed to fit different needs while working seamlessly with the DryGuardians app:
- Pjama DryGuardians Bedwetting Alarm – connects directly to Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear (pants and shorts) with built-in sensor seams.
- Pjama DryGuardians Stand Alone Alarm Sensor – a compact sensor placed in your own underwear or diaper liner, paired with the Pjama Speaker and App for full treatment support.
Both alarms are discreet, reliable, and developed over years of testing together with healthcare experts.
TEST BEFORE YOU START
Before beginning treatment, make sure to test the alarm together with your child. Let them be part of choosing the alarm signal so they feel prepared and in control. Show them what happens when the alarm goes off – that way, there are no surprises during the night.
Using the alarm every night helps the body gradually connect the feeling of wetting with the need to wake up and use the toilet. This is the foundation of successful bedwetting treatment with a wireless bedwetting alarm.

The built-in sensor seams in the pants or shorts detect moisture instantly and wirelessly trigger the alarm unit. This creates a quick and reliable signal that helps the user wake up, go to the bathroom, and change into a new pair.
For parents, it’s important to know that many children are deep sleepers and may need support at the start of treatment. Over time, the combination of alarm feedback and routine helps the child’s body learn to wake up and overcome bedwetting using a wireless bedwetting alarm system.
The DryGuardians app provides added support with progress tracking, reminders, and personalized tips. It also works as an extra alarm unit, including the option to set daily alarms for those who struggle with daytime wetting.

Smart, flexible bedwetting treatment you can use with any underwear or liner – directly connected to the Pjama Speaker and your smartphone.
This product consists of two components: a compact sensor and a speaker. Together with your smartphone and the DryGuardians app, it functions as a complete wireless bedwetting alarm. When urination occurs, the sensor immediately sends a signal to the Speaker and your phone.
Place the sensor in underwear or a liner. When it comes into contact with urine, it reacts instantly and triggers the alarm. Parents may sometimes need to help wake the child, especially at the start of treatment. After use, simply turn off the alarm, go to the bathroom, rinse and wipe the sensor, and continue the night.
