SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT ON YOUR OWN

DIGITAL SERVICE PROVIDED WITH SWEDISH EXPERTISE

Swedish research shows that many families can achieve just as good results treating bedwetting at home as with professional support – as long as the motivation is there.

With the Pjama Bedwetting Alarm and the DryGuardians App, you can begin treatment comfortably and confidently at home, at your own pace.
The app offers personal feedback, encouragement, and practical advice to help you stay motivated and make steady progress toward dry nights.

Pjama’s digital treatment service has been developed in close collaboration with Swedish healthcare professionals, researchers, and leading specialists – combining medical expertise with everyday support for families around the world.

HVORDAN FUNGERER DET?

1. Download the app

You can download the Pjama App free of charge from the App Store or Google Play.

It’s easy to get started, and the app is available in English and several other languages, so families everywhere can use it with ease.

2. SIGN UP

Register in the Pjama App and answer a few short questions to get started.

In most cases, treatment with a bedwetting alarm can begin right away.
If the app detects that other conditions may need attention first, we recommend contacting your healthcare centre for further guidance.

When registering, select “Pjama Bedwetting Clinic” as your clinic.
The app can be used by several family members or users at the same time – simply log in using the same email and password.

3. CHOOSE YOUR BEDWETTING ALARM

Before you begin treatment, make sure you have a Pjama Bedwetting Alarm.
If you don’t already own one, you can explore our range of bedwetting alarms and supportive products in the Pjama Bedwetting Shop – designed to make treatment easier and more comfortable.

All our alarms are suitable for both girls and boys, but we recommend following our product guide for the best fit and setup.

4. START YOUR TREATMENT

Once you have your bedwetting alarm, you’re ready to begin treatment.
For the best results, use the alarm every night and record the outcome in the DryGuardians App calendar each morning.
This helps you follow progress and stay motivated throughout the process.

If you’re using your phone as the alarm device, make sure the DryGuardians App is running (it can stay active in the background) and is placed within 5 meters of the sensor.
Some phones allow a range of up to 20 meters.

A short introduction video next to this section shows how to use the app step by step.

5. ADVICE AND ANALYSIS

During treatment, you’ll receive both general and personalized advice directly in the DryGuardians App – helping you understand what to focus on and how to stay motivated along the way.
The app analyzes your progress daily, based on the data you record, to offer feedback that supports a successful outcome.

After about four weeks, an evaluation is made to determine whether it’s beneficial to continue the treatment or take a break.
From that point, new analyses are carried out every two weeks to track progress and guide the next steps.

Most users achieve lasting results with consistency and patience.
You are considered cured after 14 dry nights in a row, but to ensure stability, we recommend continuing until you reach 28 consecutive dry nights.

These recommendations follow Swedish healthcare treatment guidelines for bedwetting.

PJAMA SUPPORTS BEDWETTING RESEARCH!

IN COLLABORATION WITH SWEDISH HEALTHCARE

The DryGuardians Method, developed by Pjama in collaboration with Swedish healthcare, is part of a larger research initiative together with leading researchers, doctors, and nurses.
The project explores new indicators and evaluates which treatment approaches are most effective for managing enuresis (bedwetting) in both children and adults.

Today, more than 25 hospitals across Sweden use the DryGuardians Method as part of their clinical programs, helping patients achieve lasting results through connected treatment, data-driven insights, and compassionate support.
