My alarm isn’t responding, what can I do?
Try pairing the sensor and speaker by pressing the volume and tone buttons on the speaker simultaneously for 3 seconds. Then, short-circuit the buttons on the sensor with a metal object or place a drop of water on the sensor area if you have a sensor without buttons.
The speaker unit will indicate successful pairing by playing the alarm signal.
My alarm goes off too often. What can I do?
For Pjama Connect (sensor without buttons):
Make a small slit and place the sensor in a panty liner. This helps prevent the sensor from coming into direct contact with sweat and ensures proper placement.
For Pjama Bedwetting Alarm (sensor with buttons):

How do I return a product?
To return a product, download and complete the return form. It’s important to include the return form in the package. Unused products are typically fully refunded within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and methods, while the company covers the original shipping costs and refunds them with the products.
How do I wash and dry my Pjama?
- Turn the Pjama inside out.
- Machine wash at 60°C with similar colors.
- Finish with a high spin cycle, 1400 – 1600 RPM on average. Make sure the Pjama is turned inside out.
- Use mild detergent and DO NOT use bleach.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry for best results.
- DO NOT iron.
Which size should I order?
It’s important that Pjama pants fit snugly around the waist (but not too tight, of course). For your exact measurements, please refer to our size guide.

How long is the delivery time for Pjama products?
Pjama products typically have a delivery time of 2 to 7 days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day. Public holidays may extend delivery times.
