At Pjama, we meet people with very different needs every day.

Parents who are worried about their child and looking for reassurance.
Adults who want discretion, control, and better sleep.
Healthcare professionals who need evidence, structure, and proven treatment methods.

We share the same goal – helping people sleep safely and move towards dry nights – but the path there looks different depending on who you are.

That’s why we are now taking the next step in how we share knowledge and support.

Two blogs – one shared mission

Pjama exists to help children and adults sleep safely anywhere – and to become dry, without medication.

To do that well, we need to be both:

  • scientifically credible, and
  • human, empathetic, and accessible.

Instead of trying to speak to everyone in the same way, we are now launching two clearly defined blogs, each with its own focus.

Pjama Care – support on the way to dry nights

Pjama Care is for those living with enuresis in everyday life.

This blog is for:

  • parents of children with bedwetting
  • adults experiencing enuresis
  • anyone looking for guidance, reassurance, and practical support

Here, we share:

  • clear and accessible information
  • practical advice for everyday situations
  • perspectives on emotions, confidence, and inclusion
  • evidence-based knowledge, explained in a human way

Pjama Care is meant to be a support for as long as it’s needed – not a place you are expected to stay forever.
Our hope is that it helps you move forward with greater confidence, knowledge, and peace of mind.

Pjama Healthcare – a knowledge hub for professionals

Pjama Healthcare is dedicated to healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and partners.

This blog focuses on:

  • clinical evidence and treatment outcomes
  • modern, non-pharmacological enuresis treatment
  • digital follow-up and data-driven care
  • health-economic perspectives and collaboration with healthcare systems

Our ambition with Pjama Healthcare is to contribute to knowledge-sharing, dialogue, and long-term improvement in how enuresis is understood and treated within healthcare.

Why we’re doing this now

Because clarity matters.

Enuresis affects people at different stages of life and in different roles. By separating our content, we can be:

  • more relevant
  • more respectful of different needs
  • clearer in how we communicate

The science remains the same.
The care remains the same.
What changes is how we meet you.

What you can expect going forward

Both blogs will be updated regularly with new content.

  • Pjama Care will continue to focus on support, guidance, and everyday understanding.
  • Pjama Healthcare will focus on evidence, method development, and collaboration with healthcare.

No matter which blog you follow, our promise remains the same:

Pjama understands – and Pjama helps.
